Shipping & Returns
FOWARDING METHODS AND COSTS
For all orders, we normally use Australia Post. The delivery time frame is 2-4 days for orders placed within Australia. Australia Post provides tracking numbers for all deliveries, allowing you to track the status of your delivery.
WHEN DO WE DELIVER
Orders: 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
TAXES & DUTIES
All product prices displayed are inclusive of GST. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by your home country; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Making a return or exchange is easy.
Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase. Notify Fatih Inkubators Australia that you would like to arrange a return or exchange stating the reason by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
RECEIVING A REFUND
Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit card and will exclude costs (with the exception of faulty items) which we deduct to cover the cost of our collection service.
Items should be returned within 7 days of your original purchase.
Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
Free collection does not apply to items returned from a different country to the original shipping destination.
We prefer that items are returned to us via Australia Post to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods by any secure means. Our address for all returns is Faith Inkubators Australia 197 Archer St, North Adelaide SA 5006 and we request that you contact us at email@example.com in relation to such returns.
Notwithstanding anything else in these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to charge you for the cost of returning items to us.
Items should be returned new and unused. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Items should be returned within 7 days of the date of your purchase. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Faith Inkubators Australia.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
